Important Conference Registration Instructions for Non-NYSCMA Members:

The spring conference is for NYSCMA members.

The $200 attendee rate is intended for NYSCMA members attending the conference for the first time. Non-members are welcome to attend the conference at the non-member rate of $575.00.

That being the case, strengthening membership rolls is important to NYSCMA. Anyone interested in joining the Association should complete the membership application form (link here) and return it via mail with the pro-rated membership fee.

Once the completed membership application form along with the applicable pro-rated dues fee relative to our June 1-May 1 Fiscal Year, are returned, you will be recognized as a member, and can proceed accordingly with completing your conference registration form. 

You will be sent a membership renewal form sometime in June for the 2024-25 fiscal year, at the full member rate.
